Subako.AI, a Cloud Platform for Running AI Agents, Is Now Generally Available
Subako.AI, a cloud platform for delivering AI agents to customers inside your own product, became generally available on Thursday, September 10, 2026. A command line tool (CLI), an API, and developer documentation are now public.
For an agent to finish real work inside a product, it needs a runtime around the model: something that keeps a long run going, holds state across a dropped connection, executes code safely, carries credentials without exposing them, and knows the procedures. None of that comes with an inference API, so today every product team builds and operates its own. Subako.AI provides that runtime as a single service.
Long-running execution (harness), state and reconnection (session), secure code execution (sandbox), credentials (vault), and reusable knowledge and procedures (skills) are available together. An agent keeps running to completion even after the user closes the tab, and neither the model nor the deployment target is fixed: run it on the cloud, on a dedicated cell in a region you choose, or on your own infrastructure. Operators work from the CLI, and products call the API.
Subako.AI Hackathon, a half-day event for developers, takes place in Shibuya, Tokyo on Monday, September 14, 2026. Participants embed Subako.AI into a product of their own. Thirty seats, free to attend.
