Payment Methods and Payment Schedule
Payment by credit card
Your usage fees are tallied at the end of each month, and the billing process takes place at the beginning of the following month. The actual debit date is determined by the policies of each card company.
Service Availability
Once the payment is completed, the service will be available immediately.
Cancellation, Termination, and Refund Information
We do not generally accept cancellations and refunds after application.
Plan changes (downgrades) or cancellations will take effect from the following month. Please complete the change procedures via your My Page.

About Licensing
The Standard plan includes one license, with additional licenses available at ¥3,000 (including tax) per seat.
The Pro plan includes three licenses, with additional licenses available at ¥10,000 (including tax) per seat.
